1421. Ogdai, Genghis Khan’s violent bloodthirsty son, is incited by greedy Huluna to break the treaty with the Polish princes who had allowed the Mongols to stay on the lands they had invaded on condition of not crossing the frontiers. The diplomatic efforts of Stephen of Cracow are in vain: Ghenghis Khan is killed and the Mongols start to advance. But the ensuing war, skillfully conducted by the brave Stephen, marks the tragic end of Ogdai and of wicked Huluna.
