A Sicilian who has emigrated to the United States returns to his birthplace to kill a man presumed to have betrayed the Mafia. He tries in vain to find someone to do the dirty work for him, when he discovers his “bosses” on the other side of the Atlantic have all been killed in a local gang massacre.
