William Corbett, agent of the antidrug, arrives to La Paz to meet General Romero, head of the army and cocaine dealer famous abroad.
William pretending to be a buyer meets Romero but unfortunately he is
involved in a shooting between soldiers and guerrilla and is arrested.In prison he knows Miguel involved in fighting against drug traffic.
Together they will baffle this traffic.
