Olophern is a potent and courageous general of the Assyrian army. He has invaded all Asia Minor. Judith a very beautiful girl enters the general’s palace to kill him. She meets Olophern, dances for him and he is enraptured by her beauty. But the girl too falls in love with him. Olophern is about to give orders to destroy the town. Judith no longer listens to her heart. She sacrifices her love and kills man she loves in order to save her people.
