Raised by apes, the Italian Tarzan, Bingo Bongo, enjoys a quiet life in the jungle until he is captured and sent to the Anthropology Institute at Milan University. There, under the tutelage of beautiful scientist Laura, the quick-witted monkey man rapidly adjusts to his surroundings, learning to function in society and even becoming a professor. Meanwhile, a romance blooms between him and Laura.
